Disappearing achievements

Discus and support Disappearing achievements in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; All of my xbox one gamerscore dissappeared. The game shows up on the site, but is not added to my score.     Disappearing achievements


    All of my xbox one gamerscore dissappeared. The game shows up on the site, but is not added to my score. Also the game "Geon" is showing 7 achievements for 95g when it has 8 achievements for 120g.

    Is there any fix for this?

    Well... that blows. But thank you for your assistance, I just really wanted to know what had caused it to happen. But one last question: to prevent this from happening again, is it too late now to put the profile on a memory unit and remove it from the console
    then?

    Hi Jane. I have a few questions to help us figure out what's happening to your achievements.

    -Do you usually play online or offline?

    -Did you see the achievements "pop"?

    -Are you using a save that is associated with your Gamertag?

    Disappearing achievements

    I'm having the same problem, I'm assuming you've had your XB1 on since this happened. I am away at the moment so haven't been on my XB1 and was hoping turning it on would sort it out.

    I was tweeting with Xbox Support and they said once I was home there was some things I could try on my console to fix this.

    My Achievements/game history is missing

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    You need the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC for the new SP Achievements.
