Disallusioned

What is the point in asking a question ,nobody from microsoft gives any answers,re the timing of how long it takes to complete a game on the solitaire every other day game program.Today I was on the computer for less than 1 and a 1/2 hours and when I resumed
to play the rest of the games the time shown as taken was nearly 9 hours, what is the point in trying to complete the games in as short a time as possible when things like this happen.
