    Disabling Xbox One Startup sound..


    Hello!

    I recently bought a Halo Xbox One, however when I turn on the console manually using the Xbox sensor on the console itself, it makes this really loud sort of mechanical sound. Is there any way to disable this or at least lower the sound?

    Are you talking about the xbox logo startup sound?? If so try a google search with "xbox startup sound mp3" I found numerous results...

    The last thing that I heard about this is that you can't disable that. Someone else may have updated information.

    To update this, the new update made the problem worse. Now the sound plays even if you use your controller to start up the console. Ridiculous. And still no way to eject the disc from the menu, have to use the button and everyone in the house knows from
    the *** sound.
