    Disable insider preview


    hello can someone help me I bought a second hand Xbox and gamertag that has insider preview enabled I have since deleted the gamertag and can't recover it and I want to remove the Xbox from the insider program as it keeps making my games and apps not work
    correctly I don't know the original owner of the gamertag or the gamertag name my current gamertag is

    Xbox one bluRay audio problems. Help needed.

    are you in the preview/insider proramm. because they added a beta feature where you can have your AV receiver direclty encoding the audio signal. It caused issues with my blue rays too. when I disabled the feautre in settings - disc & blueray, it was all fine again

    No atmos with 4k on

    The X supports Arc however if your in preview there is a bug with it right now. Is your tv set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel.? If it is disable 120hz and set Video fidelity to30 bits or lower. The insiders team are giving this has a work around for now.
    You should also report has a bug via the insiders app.

    When I had joined the insider program it took quite a bit for it to switch from pending to enrolled. I would try and give it a little more time.

    I understand the excitement to get involved in such a great feedback program. Keep us updated on your status.
