Go to http://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions , under xbox game pass you will find "disable auto renew" to dont be charged automatically.

This happend when you buy xbox game pass from Microsoft Store, when it come to the expire date you get charged for the same amount of months that you subscribed last time.

Only on prepaid cards, after redeem will ask you if you want auto renew or not.

The next time you get game pass directly from store, go to the link above and just disable auto renew.

If you have a subscription to Game Pass, follow these steps:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services

If auto-renew is enabled for Game Pass, select manage on your subscription then select 'Turn off auto-renew' and follow the on-screen instructions.

If it's disabled, simply select 'Turn on auto-renew' then follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you've done this, try signing in on your Xbox 360 again. If it works, you can go to your subscription settings again and change it back to how it was before.
