Do you get any kind of message when you are kicked out?.

I don't have the game so I need to ask, does the game have user created content in it?. If it does try the following OP.

Sign in on your console.

On the 'My xbox' page select your avatar.

Scroll right x2 to 'online safety' and select 'change settings'.

Select 'customise'.

Scroll down to content and select 'Member content'.

Make sure it is set to 'everyone'.

Press B x1.

Save and exit.

This will only help if that is what's causing the problem, otherwise I'm afraid I have no idea.
