Dirt Showdown VIP Code

Hi

Me and a friend just downloaded Dirt showdown as part of games with gold but the game says we need to enter or purchase a VIP code before we can play online. Since this is the games on demand version shouldn't the code be included somewhere or do we have
to purchase it separately?

Dirt: Showdown VIP Pass not free ! (like it was with Dirt 3 in the beginning)

Given that the VIP pass is required in order to get the full 1000, I would hope that they would make it available just like they did with Dirt 3.

Let's vote for this in the feedback site and maybe they'll listen.

On Xbox one code appears to be included as played online and the YouTube feature works. On the 360 version not included. Not sure why there is a difference.

 

There was an issue similar to this when Dirt 3 was offered as a Games with Gold title. I would speculate that Official Support will step in again as this is basically the very same issue. I would recommend keeping an eye on the marketplace to see if the
pass changes to free or to see if Support replies as to whether is will be changed or not.

 

As a small update, the VIP Pass for the GwG version of Dirt: Showdown was addressed in another thread (US) by support.
