Dirt Showdown don't want download my profil

Hello,

the game don' want to download my xbox profil, i've already the message that it's impossible with the code error 8015000A, but before i can see one second "welcome mypseudo".

i 've uninstall / reinstall, and erase all data xbox 360 in the console but the problem is the same

Cannot found DLC of Dirt showdown on xbox one "my adds and games" by Backward compatibity,although had download it from xbox.com

I had download Dirt showdown and DLC from xbox.com and i had the licence of the game and DLC，i can found the game Dirt showdown on xbox one consoel,but i cannot found the DLC i had download every where,whether the DLC of Dirt showdown could been use on
xbox one console by backward compatibity?

• Download your account to your Xbox One console.
  
• Try launching the game.

Hello, i contact the support by chat and i have do it :

-remove the account

-power cycle

-download account

-remove data xbox 360

-remove local data

-change avatar

-change password profil xbox live

-uninstall / reinstall the game

and another step ...

The last step it's an offline update but it's not working i've this error message :

E101 00000504 8B050041

If your can help me please.
