DiRT Showdown can't download

I have a Xbox one and i can't download Dirt Showdown, i try many timen and always say me:

"Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again"
why? and the same happen to me with Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising

I'm talkng about "Dirt showdown", offered by microsoft this month. I have gold, but still can't download it for free

 

Cannot found DLC of Dirt showdown on xbox one "my adds and games" by Backward compatibity,although had download it from xbox.com

I had download Dirt showdown and DLC from xbox.com and i had the licence of the game and DLC，i can found the game Dirt showdown on xbox one consoel,but i cannot found the DLC i had download every where,whether the DLC of Dirt showdown could been use on
xbox one console by backward compatibity?

 

i read is a problem of region match and i change my region but the issues persist, Xbox don't have a south american region, and i don't live in Mexico or Argentina.

i think the problem is Xbox itself.

i dowloaded Killer Instinct and no problem.

Solutions?

 

Does it show you purchased the game from Xbox Marketplace?

What region is your console, if not US?

i buyed my consoles en US but live in Panamá :/
