    DiRT Rally 2.0 not working - Xbox PC App


    Forza horizon 4 works fine on Xbox PC app

    However I tried installing Rally 2 twice today and i get an error saying " DiRT Rally 2.0 (Windows) can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected. "

    Whenever I launch it.

    It does say " Administrator Approval Required For Installation "

    So I uninstalled it, and ran Xbox app as an admin, initiated the download again and hoping it will work this time

    Not happy because its a 85GB file which takes 3hrs to download

    Why is this error here ?

    I'm having the same issue, that day I reinstalled the game and it worked fine but today is having the same issue again and I don't want to download 94gb again

    Hi SlimmyS,

    sorry to hear. Unfortunately, it is difficult to say from a distance exactly what goes wrong. Some XBOX games must first be

    installed on C to make them work properly. For other games, an update is required after installation (so check again in the store if updates are pending). Some demand the latest GPU drivers or the last available direct X. So as I said, there are many pitfalls.
