DiRT Rally 2.0 "can't open because it is offline"

Hi

Today i wanted to play DiRT, which i downloaded with game pass, but when i clicked on it i got the following message:

DiRT Rally 2.0 (Windows) can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.

I have not disconnected the drive the game was downloaded to. I don't know why it's giving me this message, but it's the second time it happens. I don't have this problem with other games. The only solution for me is to go to the microsoft store's updates
section and use that to reinstall the game after it tells me there is a problem. But i HATE having to do this because, since it's a 97 gb download, the game takes a whole day to download. It's so frustrating because after having a long day, and then coming
home and thinking "Oh, i'd love to play some DiRT right now!" nope i can't because the microsoft store is ****. Who thinks this stuff is acceptable? Why when i download a game on steam or origin, i can be safe knowing that when i come home i won't have to
reinstall it, but in the store that comes with my flippin' operating system, i can't be sure whether i'll be able to play dirt or not today because iT iS oFfLiNe. what bullcrap.

Found a fix that worked for me!

• go to start menu and right click on the Dirt Rally 2 app
  
  
• go to "More"
  
  
• open "App Settings"
  
  
• click on "Repair" and "Restore" buttons
  
  
• Restart Computer
  
  
• Ready to play.
  
  
• if the error happen again repeat those steps above
