From the look of your screenshots, you are using a Intel graphics card. The game will not work with that hardware. You need either a AMD graphics or Nvidia graphics card. You should check the minimum requirements on the store before you make a purchase,
then you wont get into this sort of issue in the future.

 

yes I played the walking dead 1 and minecraft story mode 1 both of telltale games the 2 ran perfectly now when I went to open minecraft story mode 2 that gave this error please help me I am desperate

As our Ambassador mentioned, the minimum requirements for that game says an Nvidia graphics card is what's needed. In the notes of the

system requirements for the game on the Microsoft Store it also says, "Additional: Not recommended for Intel integrated graphics."

Hey Kerllon,

It is possible that is the reason why the game is not working. It states on the minimum requirements for the game that an NVIDIA graphics card will work best and that it's not recommended to use your PC's integrated Intel graphics card. Not having the optimal
graphics card can affect the way DirectX works while it handles the programming for pretty much all of your games.

While you can't really uninstall the Direct X software directly, you can try to repair it. I suggest looking at this

thread to see if there is any helpful solutions for you or you may need to get an NVIDIA graphics card.
