DirecTV no longer working with Xbox One!

Since the last patch, DirecTV or anything that has to do with the live TV app freezes my Xbox One! My Xbox will freeze for about a minute or so then restart itself only to have the same thing occur when going to the TV app. Is anyone else experiencing this
issue?

Directv play back sticks, skips blank screen sometimes

For the first month or so everything was fine with having the xbox one hooked up to my DIRECTV box to watch Tv. then about a week ago.. all of sudden the TV started to Skip, stick and or even be a blank screen.. I have tried a hard reboot of the
DirecTV equipment and I even did a reset of the setup of the Xbox one. No luck still sticks and play back at times is broken up with images just destroyed and screen frozen..

I have since disconnected the xbox one from the DirecTV box and the DirecTV box is working fine no issues.. so it is obviously an xbox one to DirecTV issues.... anyone know how to fix or get these to sync together, like I said for the first month

direct tv not working

Hi, this may or may not work for you but I just spoke with someone who had this no picture issue with Directv and his Xbox One, he swapped out the HDMI cable for another HDMI cable and it started working.

 

I'm having the same issue with U-verse. The ap just freezes up and the picture looks like it has been paused. No audio either.

 

I'm using directv (HR24-500 model box) via ir blaster cables (No Kinect). I'm having zero issues with the app itself. I'm just trying to find a way to enter channel numbers with an OSD of some kind......trying to page down to channel 500 for example is a
bit of a pain.....the media remote doesn't have numbers. I do see that the smart glass app does have all the directv functionality. so that is an option........haven't found any specific documentation regarding specific remote/controller functionality.
