DirecTV (Set-top Boxes) HR24: Xbox One X and Satellite box no longer works
I've upgraded to the xbox one X

All cables and setup works perfectly to watch tv from my satellite box to the old xbox one

all cables and setup work perfectly if I go through my Denon receiver directly

I get no picture when going into the new xbox one X

I've chatted with Microsoft support and they are proving frustrating, but they did have me swap it out with a new unit to make sure its not a faulty port. It wasn't...

if I go from my old xbox into the new xbox I can see the old xbox screen just fine

.does anyone know how to get the Directv hr24-100 box to work with xbox one?I got everything to work with live tv on my xbox one, voice commands all work fine.i can get it to go to a channel on the one guide but I cant get it to change to the channel.i put
in Directv hr24-100 box model # and stil nodda.

 

DirecTV (HR24-500) Surround Sound Not Working

I have a DirecTV receiver (HR24-500) and I can't get the Surround Sound (BETA) option to work. When I enable that setting and go back in to the TV app, I get no picture or sound. I've tried to change the settings on the DirecTV box itself, and have had no
luck. I was able to get picture and video if I turn off the Dolby Digital on the DirecTV receiver, but of course, there's no actual surround sound because the satellite box isn't sending Dolby signals. As soon as I turn on the Dolby Digital on the DirecTV
box, the video freezes and there's no audio. Has anyone gotten this to work properly?
