Discus and support DirecTV Genie client fast forward issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Not only is it fixed, but I am also getting better video quality when I watch TV.     Not only is it fixed, but I am also getting better video quality when I watch TV. Before it seemed as if the picture was over saturated. Not anymore.

    Now we are just doing crazy talk. I find it hard to believe that it magically fixed itself because of something else they did. Studbucket had just stated that it would not be in this release.

    Hey just a heads up, although the directv issue IS fixed, mine personally works about 80% of the time. It sometimes get froze up like before the fix but if you hit play and then fast forward again it usually works. Just some FYI

    Im still waiting for the update to be pushed out to my XBOne. I didn't realize I had to go re-register my console again. Is that normal or should I only have to register once and be done with that part of the process?

    Got the update and woo. DirecTV works perfect with the Mini Genie being hooked up to the XBOne! This is great!

    Ironic. The update comes out and we ditch DirecTV for Uverse. Haha oh well. Thanks XB1 TV team.

    It's more then just genie users, I have a pace dvr,only one available by my cable company , past frustrating , almost a half a year and no fix , doesn't look like a fix is even near.
