    If you want to become a Microsoft Xbox expect, then you need to apply through Directly. They will ask you simple questions like your top five skills, your time zone, the time you want to answer questions, an language proffenicy test, Xbox test, etc. You
    also need to send them a picture of yourself currently and also your ID.

    This is my problem. I was filling it out last night but I had to step away to do something. I came back this morning to complete the application. I was able to answer all of the questions to apply but the ID Verification section expired. The application
    didn't let me go back to that section this morning. I decided to apply without it because I couldn't do anything else.

    I'm not expecting to get approved and emailed. I decided to look at my new Xbox expect powered by Directly account. There was nothing about ID Verification in the settings. It seems like there's no way
    to give my current picture and ID after the application phase.

    There was an activity page. That will show your questions that you've asked before. I remembered I've asked one question on here before but that section was empty. I'm not sure if it is connected to this
    site. I couldn't find their Directly questions website. I have no clue if there is two questioning websites or if it is connected to this as one big questioning site. I assumed there are two because I couldn't find "powered by Directly" on here and my question
    activity section is empty. I decided to ask my ID Verification question on here. Thank you for taking your time to read this and possibly deciding to help me with this problem.

    Maybe I should delete my Directly account, make a new one, and reapply? It seems verifying my ID with my new existing account is impossible.

    Edit: Also I've heard you can apparently get paid for answering questions with a Directly account. I think Directly might be a freelance customer support that is partnered with Microsoft? I
    never had a job before so I assume I'd need to pay taxes on that money? I don't even have a bank account. Would I be able to connect my PayPal account? Would I still need to do taxes with any PalPal stuff? I made one in 2015 but never really used it. I only
    have it so I could make a pledge and get Yooka-Layee on Kickstarter.

    that site looks a little dodgy to me, not 100% sure they are affiliated with microsoft and if it just a phishing scam or some other dodgy marketing ploy.

    i have looked in to this, i have not seen a way for you to be able redo the id verification. I think maybe deleting that account and reapplying with a new account might wofk better.

    I keep receiving the error "SererConnetion Error: There was a prolem connecting to the Bngo server.

    If you had previously installed OpenDNS/Cisco Umbrella Disable it and reinstall it. After a restore and upgrade the VPN Client was unable to connect and was not allowing the User to connect to iCloud or the verification servers.

    Or you can Try this:

    1. connect via wifi
    2. go to settings -icloud
    3. click on your account
    4. generate a verification code from another Apple device which uses the same Apple ID, by going to (the other Apple device and click) Settings>iCloud
      >PasswordandSecurity>Generateverification code
    5. enter the verification code in the device with the error
