    Directional stuck issue with apps


    hi.. I've been experiencing directional stuck and stall issues. It's been about 2days now and first occurred while viewing YouTube and has now progressed to other apps including, so far, NBC, Syfy, and FX. The issue only stops when holding the home button
    down to view controller or console shutdown options or retire to the home screen. This is for both the media remote control and Xbox one controller. I'm testing a theory that it might be an issue with the HDMI auto remote connection that gives the original
    TV remote control over other devices. I use my Xbox one for mainly media and tv and have never experienced this issue. Games have not been effected.

    Issue with Apps

    Hi people , i am try to install the Netflix , Crackle and Youtube , the apps is downloaded normally , but when the apps try to install is presented the status : Installing 6 % , Installing 8 % , Installing 10 % , Installing 2 % , and the apps is not installed
    , if i try to install a app if I install an app that never used before it installs normally (for example : Fox Play and others)

    I made a factory reset , cleaning apps and games , and the problem dont resolve , i made a power cleaning pressing the power button by 10 seconds , and the problem persists.

    Directv DVR controls not working after update

    My Harmony remote partially stopped working within certain apps, like Netflix and Amazon. I say partially, because I think it is just the lack of directional buttons. The colored buttons, FF and REW all seem to work. But I use the remote to move around
    the apps to pick a show or movie to watch.

    Elite Controller

    hello recently I got my third xbox one wireless elite controller (the two others are back in store waranty change) and still have some issue with the stiks. FIRST controller, left stick get stuck on the right when use it on this direction. then went back
    to store and get my SECOND rigth stick get stuck on right when use it on that same direction! went back to store and get my THIRD and guess what ? left and right stick get stuck on the right wen use it on this direction???? for a controller that cost half
    the price of a console ****?

    Updating apex legends on xbox one but I am stuck at 8.54/12gb & won't update any further. I contact ISP, & I am directed to contact the developer. I contact the developer & directed to Microsoft for anything xbox .     Have you tried uninstalling Apex and reinstalling? That's fixed those types of issues I've had in the past.

    Install Button doesn't do anything (only for a single game)

    Same issue, I just had to update the ubisoft connect app. this was my issue and that solved everything. Thanks for putting this out there. Seems this issue is a direct correlation to the ubisoft app.
