    Directional Audio issues


    So a little while ago my gaming headset for my Xbox 1 stopped giving any sense of direction entirely. I ended up getting a newer better headset but it didnt seem to fix the problem. Anyone else have that problem? Ive seen people in forums complaining about
    their directional hearing flipping but mine is completely gone, i just hear regular audio through the headset.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    What console do you have?
    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
    Are you using Dolby Atmos or similar audio in your headset?
    Did you tried using a different headset and controller to see if something similar happens?
    When you say “I reset my Xbox”, do you mean power it off-on, power cycling it or factory resetting the device?
    And, what did you tried so far to fix this besides this reset?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Video and Audio Delay HELP!

    Sky HD box to Xbox One input, xbox output to tv. no splitters. I have no external sound system so delay is on hdmi audio. Sky HD direct to TV has no audio/video sync issues, audio delay is only present with Xbox one in the circuit.

    Crackling noise coming from speakers

    I have a similar issue. The solution I've found for my Marantz receiver is to change the audio profile (Auto, Dolby, DTS, Direct, etc.) and then change it back to the pure direct. I've never experienced this with any other device plugged into the receiver
    until the Xbox One. Must be an early bug.
