    My two son's did not recieve the GOW4 early beta access codes the firts tag is Jamie KK the second is Berserker BOY 1 , My wife and I got our codes Mon. and Tues. respectivly, the boys did not. We understand the dispersing issue and theses things
    happen. We noticed that messaging stated that the last wave of codes went out approx. 2-3 hours ago and hence my contact. We have 4 Xbox One's and purchased 4 Copies of GOWUE. We have all played on line private AND Public PvP All of the GOW titles. The
    rep verified they were eligible to recieve the code as well. Please send them a code each to their accounts asap so we can play. Thank You in Advance!

    Xbox customer support will only direct you back to Windows Live customer support as Xbox Live customer support doesn't have access to changing your Windows Live ID or any credentials associated with it.

    This worked for me as well. It's terrible in that Xbox Live Support can't manage to fix these issues when you contact them or at least direct you in the direction that you can resolve the issue.
