    Soo i have a compatible gpu but in fortnite it shows its not supported how to fix and yes am using ggos (custom tweaked windows version) how do i fix i dont wanna rum sfc /scannow

    you need to reinstall dx12 (the only way to do this is sfc scan or reinstall windows to fix everything ggos has done, as you are using ggos this has probably broken the system, also you need to make sure windows is fully up to date, most new games and current games require this.

    Running GGOS is not really going to improve your gaming much anyway, it just screws up the system to the point that most newer games will have issues, also make sure your nvidia drivers are fully up to date.

    Imma just do a fresh reinstall again since sfc / scannow ruins my preformance on ggos imma reindtall ggos also
