    Diplaying picture or audio.


    I am having an issue with my Xbox One. When I go to turn on my Xbox I ma getting nothing but a black screen with no sounds. I tried to turn it off and back on but that did nothing to help. I tried to plug it into a new HDMI port and still nothing got fixed.
    I unplugged everything and let it sit for a while before I plugged it all back in. When I plugged it back in and powered it all up I got the green screen with the xbox logo to come up. It had the loading dots underneath the logo and the sounds were playing
    for the start up. After it finished loading it just goes back to a black screen. I have tried to fix the issue for a couple of days now but still having issues with it.

    XBOX360 HDMI Picture too big for TV

    Can you try a different picture setting. Like changing the size of the picture to 1080i or 1080p (if possible). Also try setting the xbox to see if it can automatically detect your tv's picture settings. Also have a look here

    IF you are looking at the cable, Does it seemed damaged all ? also make sure your console diplay settings are set correctly.

    Hello there,

    Try this:

    1. Remove devices between your Xbox and your TV if you have.

    2. Connect the HDMI cable from the back of your console directly to the HDMI port on your HDTV or monitor.

    3. When using an AV cable for audio, only disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable from the back of the console directly to the HDMI port on your HDTV or monitor.
