    Dimming while 10min in a show


    10 minutes in watching a movie or a show it dims and i have to either say xbox play or have my controller on to press a button to get the dim away. Havent noticed it untill this most recent update.

    dimming screen during videos?!

    my xbox one keeps dimming after 10min of watching any video/movie. I have to hit a button on my controller to wake it up. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

    Screen dimming after 10 minutes of Blu Ray

    Hello.

    My screen keeps dimming after 10 minutes while playing a Blu Ray Disney WoW. I am trying to run the pixel flipper and it keeps dimming out. I have tried a power cycle and shutting my controller off. Nothing seems to stop it from dimming. It is very frustrating.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Anyone know how to solve or is xbox doing anything about it. Starting to really get on my nerves. Cant watch anything on my xbox which is my main sources of entertainment at home.

    Same thing happening to me with the HBO NOW app....have to pick up controller/remote every 10 minutes. How is this even an issue on an "entertainment" console? Fix it MS.

    Since it's HBO Microsoft / Xbox cannot update it. It's up to the Developer of the app to update it Microsoft has no control over the app.

    My one dims too after 10 minutes.. Doesn't matter if it's HBO, YouTube, twitch, casting, it dims.

    So dumb.

    Since it's HBO Microsoft / Xbox cannot update it. It's up to the Developer of the app to update it Microsoft has no control over the app.
