    Having the same issue as those above. I noticed that since the last update this started, where I didn't have the dimming issue before. Please fix this. I looked for a setting or something, but nothing. I powered my xbox one all the way down, unplugged
    the brick and waiting 10 minutes. Then started it all back up, and still have the same issue.

    I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with video playback on your Xbox. We are expecting an update to the HBO NOW app this coming week that will address a number of these concerns.

    Once the update is made available, you will be prompted to apply it the next time you open HBO NOW on your Xbox.

    Dimming on HBO Now.

    I had been using HBO Go until today with no problems. I had to switch to HBO Now and my TV dims after a few minutes.

    Having this problem, too. HBOGo, Netflix, and Hulu so far. Get your house in order Xbox. Play Station is sounding better every day.

    Screen auto-dimming after 10 minutes

    Same issue as all the others. Please fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix the dimming, fix the dimming, fix the dimming, ok back to to watching HBO now with dimming !
