Dimming on HBO Now.

I believe the latest update has caused the app to dimm after so many minutes. I have to use my controller, move a analog stick to un-dimm.

I've also have gone through my settings and I can't seem to find any type of setting to change dimm.

Same issue as all the others. Please fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix the dimming, fix the dimming, fix the dimming, ok back to to watching HBO now with dimming !

• Does the issue occur while in instant-on power mode or energy-saving?

Same here. While watching HBO now, it dims the way a game would if you left the controller untouched. Tried using the controller wire- that didn't help.

 

Same here. Tried unplugging power, switching hdmi cables, uninstalling HBO now and reinstalling. Issue persists for me also.

 

Same here. Support said to do a system restart. Did not fix the issue.

 

Same here. Xbox one dims while watching game of thrones on HBO Now. This started happening right after the HBO Now received an update. Please HELP.

 

I've reset my xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled. Even unplugged my xbox and still does the dimming. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

 

Same issue. Got the update, now it goes dim once it sits "idle" too long. Really annoying.

 

Add me to the list as well ... Dims after a few minutes, requiring a joystick nudge to wake back up.

 

One more for the dimming list. Kind of sucks for an "entertainment box".

 

Same nonsense here. Worked great before the update. Dims every 10-15 minutes now. ANNOYING.

It would be great to get an acknowledgment of the problem from someone at Microsoft. You know, just so we aren't all repeating ourselves. Still doing it as of 10:00 a.m. here in Michigan.
