    Have a question,

    I wanted to but Forza Horizon 4 for my pc but the problem is that i have only cash.I thought of buying an xbox gift card from walmart and then purchasing the game but i realised that MS store for pc and xbox might be different. Do you have any solution.

    The funds from an Xbox gift card will work on both stores as the funds are put into your Microsoft account balance.

    I recently purchased a $50 Xbox gift card only to find it has only 20 characters on the scratch-off field. I would like information regarding being able to request a replacement code.

    Did you goto account.microsoft.com to redeem it or ms store ?.

    Which case you need to redeem it in a certain way

    If you bought it from game stop

    Redeem it rhere

    If it came from a ms store redeem it there in place of your payment method not into your wallet

    Or goto buy something on Xbox store then when selecting payment method use a code and redeem best bet use it om ms store
