Digitally purchased games won’t launch

I’ve bought several games on the Microsoft store and they have taken me ages to download since my internet connection is not the best. They finally finished yet give issues and either won’t start or freeze immediately. The games are diablo 3, Skyrim special
edition, mortal kombat xl, human fall flat and hello neighbor. They keep giving error codes such as taking too long to start or being corrupted. I have tried power cycling, restarting, deleting local saves and checking my internet connectivity. I even removed
my account and signed in again. If it makes a difference, these games are all stored on an external hard drive. Please can anyone help me with this issue as it is more than a little frustrating considering the time and money put into it.

Trying to launch game get 0x80072efe error message

Trying to launch the evil within 2 that was purchased digitally. Worked earlier today now just errors.

No Fallout 3 code yet

I purchased Fallout 4 digitally through my Xbox One on the day of launch (11/10/2015). I still have not received my code. Please help.

I suggest you to follow these steps:

Xbox One Game Won’t Start | Xbox One Game Freeze

Based on what you've written I think that the next steps are:1)network test 2)try to move the games into the internal drive 3) factory reset.

Try to download games to internal drive next time, then if it play normaly you can move to external. With a bad download speed you may have corrupted files.

Same here, stopped pre-ordering years ago, incentives aren’t worthy and the game won’t be unavailable at launch given the advent of digital media

I got the game by sharing with a different Xbox (which only works with digital games). The game was purchased digitally on a separate account and Xbox but I am able to play it on my account and Xbox from game sharing. Is that why my digital vault edition upgrade won’t work?
