Digitally purchased game won’t open, and I get a “Do you own this game?” message.

That is correct if you own it digitally. If you do own it digitally, are you sure you're signed into the account that purchased the game?

Xbox 1,when ever I click on the game it’s says do you own this game view in App Store no error messages besides

the do you own this game (it won’t let me play any other of my games that I’ve payed for it shows the same message) tried resetting again and logging back (didn’t work)

That error code seems associated with “Do you own this game or app?” message on Xbox One and I suggest you to follow the steps in this support link:

Thanks for the info! I tried everything except for the factory reset, but now there are more issues.

The whole MWII game application now won’t open, and instead gives me a message that says I’m not connected to the internet even though I am.

There’s also a second game that won’t open and gives me a message that I need to sign into the account that purchased the game. However, I am the account that purchased the game.

Other games open and play fine, and I also tried removing my account from the Xbox and resigning in.

A very confusing experience considering I’ve never had any issues with my console in the 2 years I’ve had it.

So you own the game both on disc and as a separate digital purchase? Can you share a screenshot of the digital purchase history to confirm your game? I am confused as to why there would be a digital purchase since the game needs physical accessories in order to play, which you obviously would not get when making a digital purchase.
