Digitally downloaded games won't play.

None of my downloaded games will load/progress pass the title screen. They will show "loading", but go no further. I know there's a current issue involving downloading and purchasing games, but I don't know if that's relevant. Any help is appreciated.

The Xbox Live Services are under outage in Purchase and Content Usage, please wait to be fixed and try again and see if has fixed.

You can stay updated by accessing Network Settings in your console or through the web by

Xbox Live Status Page.

Unfortunately, none of soft/hard resets or shutting it down for an extended period of time has worked. This has been an issue for the last couple days.

Shut the console down completely and wait about 10 minutes before turning it back on.

Also check if your live subscription that you purchased the game on is still active if you used membership discounts.

if none of these tips work I would also try to contact Microsoft customer support as they might be able to give you some other tips
