Digitally downloaded game not showing up in games & apps on new xbox one.

I recently bought an xbox one s and was going to install The Witcher 3, but after I signed in, it didn't appear in my games & apps. I went to the store to see if the install option was there instead, but it says I don't have it and I'd need to buy it again.

I'd rather not buy it again, so is there a fix to this?

GTA V digitally purchased problem

i purchased GTA V digitally for Xbox 360 why is it not showing up on my Xbox One

it does not show up in my games and in the store it wants me to buy it again

im really confused because xbox says that games i got in the store should be able to be downloaded to my xbox one

Digitally downloaded game not showing in "My Games and Apps".

During the recent EA sale I digitally purchased and downloaded 'Battlefield 4 Premium'. It showed up in "my Games and Apps". This week my Xbox One ran the recent update and now 'Battlefield 4 Premium' is no longer showing in "My Games and Apps". I went back
to the store to re-download the game and it says the game is currently installed on my machine and won't let me re-download it.

How do I go about getting it restored to show in "My Games and Apps" so I can play the game?

Can you verify that you were signed into the correct account that bought the Witcher 3? Also, if you go to Xbox.com, do you see the game in your purchase history, on the intended account?

All of my 20 something purchased digital game copies do show up on my X One X,But they won't start& get the error for needing disc or not purchased.

I have a similar problem myself ;

A lot of my 360 games are gone . Some i bought and some i got with gold and i can't seem to get help here .

It just does not show up on my games list on the MS profile list , nor anyplace else ......

Hi,

When you buy a digital game on an Xbox console (Xbox One and Xbox 360), the game is linked to the account it was purchased on, not the individual console. This means, you can delete and re-download your games again on any Xbox console you have your account
set up on. As long as you have access to the account, you won't have to buy these games again.

Go to this link https://account.xbox.com/MyGames

Make sure you are signed in with the same account you purchased your games and content. All the digital games you own will show here.

On your new console, all digital games you own and can install on your new console will show in 'My Games and Apps' as 'Ready to Install'.

If you have pre-ordered it digitally it will show up In My Games and App later next week to pre download before the bate starts
