Digitally downloaded game not showing in "My Games and Apps".

During the recent EA sale I digitally purchased and downloaded 'Battlefield 4 Premium'. It showed up in "my Games and Apps". This week my Xbox One ran the recent update and now 'Battlefield 4 Premium' is no longer showing in "My Games and Apps". I went back
to the store to re-download the game and it says the game is currently installed on my machine and won't let me re-download it.

How do I go about getting it restored to show in "My Games and Apps" so I can play the game?

Confirmed with my kids, certain apps and games are not showing up, will post a bug report for this.

Game not available for redownload

Sorry to hear it. If you purchased the game digitally on your account and it is not showing in the Ready to Install list then try finding it in the store to start the download from there.

Hey Hydrox! Have you done a hard reset? I would recommend that as a first step, always - it should refresh anything that isn't showing up correctly.

If that doesn't work, have you scrolled all the way to the right of the My Games and Apps sections, to show the "ready to install" pane? This will show you things that you have purchased but, for some reason or another, have either not installed, or somehow
reverted back. It's worth a check, at least!

I have tried the hard reset twice with no change in status. It also does not show in the "My Games" queue. The only indication I have that I purchased the game is when I go back to the store to re-download the game and the tab says "Installed".

I'm hoping for a solution other than "Reset to Original Factory settings". I really don't want to spend all that time re-downloading/installing everything.

If you have pre-ordered it digitally it will show up In My Games and App later next week to pre download before the bate starts

Every game or app you digitally own will show in your ready to install section of my games and apps. Just find the game you want to download and start it. If you have a disc though, then you will need to insert the disc in the consoles drive and start
the install. If you have the digital only Xbox One S, then your only option is to purchase the digital version again to play it on there.

The same thing is happening to me, only with a game. It's not even showing up on games and apps tab. It's not showing anywhere, but my billing. Funny how they'll immediately charge me for something, but then take their time delivering. It's a digital download.
Just freaking send it.

Yes, once you have purchased a digital download on the Xbox One Marketplace, you can delete and re-download it as many times as you like.

Once the game has been uninstalled, it will show as 'Ready to Install' in 'My Games and Apps'.
