Digitally downloaded 360 game.. Transfer to Xbox One

Hi there, there are a couple games that i own on 360 that i would like to download and play on my xbox one, but when i search for the games on the store its asking me to pay the price for them again, do i have to pay for them again?

My current Digital and Arcade games - Will they transfer over?

ONLY digitally purchased movies, TV shows, and music will transfer to the Xbox One. Xbox 360 games both digital and physical will NOT transfer over.

 

Transferring digital Black Ops 3 on 360 to Xbox One

I have Black Ops 3 digitally downloaded on my 360's hard drive and I was wondering if I could some how transfer my black ops 3 to xbox one without having to buy a whole new game and starting all over.

 

No. Any games you have that are backwards compatible will show in your Games and Apps under Ready to Install.

 

that's the thing they aint there, but i am sure that i own them on the 360 as i have achievements with them

 

Make sure the games you're trying to download are backwards compatible If they're not on that list, then you'll need to purchase the One versions of the
games in order to play them on the One.
