Digitally bought cod:aw, installed but still say's ''pre ordered''

Hi there,

So as the title say's, i bought cod;aw a few days ago, installed it, it should of unlocked by now, but whenever i try to start it, it brings me to the xbox store, and the title read's ''play it on 3/11/2014''.

If anyone can help me out, much appreciated.

PS: I'm from The Netherlands.

Alan Wake American Nightmare no code.

Pre ordered Quantum Break on 1st April. Got disc a few days later with the Alan Wake codes but still waiting for AW AN codes. Can anyone help or even better send me the codes?

Tibii, could you try again now? I believe the unlock times for European countries are still GMT, which means it should have unlocked at 1am your time.

im so annoyed...

bought this a few days ago and pre-loaded it..

came to play after midnight, and it then started to install all over again (although at a VERY slow rate 70KB/s on a 60MB/s fiber connection!)

probably be 24hours+ before I can play at this rate.

I had exactly the same issue with Forza horizon 2, but I was told by xbox support that no one else had this kind of issue...

I wont be buying anymore online games.. Discs only from now on.

its saying updating 3% started it about 20 mins ago... if im downloading the game again im moving to ps4 *** this ***... as politely as i can put it, a multi-BILLION dollar company cant handle people downloading this game and the software makes preloading
useless seeing that you have to redownload it again.

I'm having the same issue, I just bought COD AW digitally for the xbox 360 and was expecting to be able to upgrade to the one on it's marketplace, however, it says unavailable as well.

I really don't blame Microsoft for all this! I blame myself! I was stupid enough to spend $399 on a console that I knew had issues. Secondly, I was stupid enough to spend a couple hundred more on disked games that are required to be installed on the hard
drive. Thirdly, I was stupid enough to pre order a digital download of COD / AW from the Microsoft store. Microsoft didn't make me do all this, unfortunately I did it to myself.

All I can say is I have learned a valuable life lesson.

Same with digital pre-orders too, I know the games are supposed to be playable without waiting for install anyway, but say you pre-order a game digitally, it would be nice to have the majority of it installed before the release date hits. So say at midnight
when it's released the whole game is pretty much there ready to be played.
