Digital Xbox 360 purchase still missing

I had to make a new post because my last one got locked for some reason. I am having difficulty redownloading the game Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax. It isn't turning up in either the download or purchase history. I am very certain that it was
bought under my account, but the page for the game has a button to purchase it rather than one to redownload. In my previous post, someone suggested that I wait to see if the issue is resolved when the Xbox Live issues are fixed, but nothing has changed. Can
anybody help me, please?

Update: I just discovered that another one of my games has disappeared. This one was in my Ready to Install list before, but now the store page says I don't own it. I know for sure that I owned it on my account since I got it through Games with Gold on MY
account.

This post is probably pointless though, since I originally started this thread a month ago and nobody has bothered to help me...

Sorry for the delay on reaching out to you. We get a little behind sometimes, but if users bump their threads we generally catch it. I got you now, though!

We've seen a few sporadic reports of this. However, games tend to show up for others after a bit. What Games with Gold game is missing for you?

As for the Half-Minute Hero game, if it's not showing up on your
Xbox 360 Download History page, then it likely wasn't purchased on this account. That page shows items that other devices don't show; we use that with Back Compat games aren't showing up on Xbox One consoles.

Let me know what game you're missing so we can look into that further! I look forward to working with you.

The missing game is Beyond Good and Evil HD. And I made an error in my last post. I didn't get it through Games with Gold. I actually bought it a few years ago. I was typing kind of fast and I was kind of in a panic over this (among other things), so stuff
just got mixed up in my head. I apologize for the mixup.

As for Half-Minute Hero, I wasn't expecting to get a response to this since I posted the first message a month ago, so I bit the bullet and rebought it in the bacwards-compatibility sale.

 

I get mixing things up. I do it all the time, which makes it quite embarrassing in this job.

I am assuming that Half-Minute Hero is showing up on the Download History page I linked to above, correct? If you purchased it last week, it should be there.

Does Beyond Good and Evil HD show up on that page, too? If not, it could have been on another account that had your console set as their Home console; they could have changed their console and then that game disappeared.

Like I said, that page will show purchases that even phone/chat cannot see; if you have the entitlement for something, it will show up there with the date you got it. If it's not there, then the entitlement isn't on this account. We frequently use that page
to show the back compat team when something is asking to be purchased on the Xbox One for customers that they should already own. It's common that if something has been republished it won't show up for users that bought original copies of the digital game.

Let me know! If it's there, give me a screenshot so that I can dig into it further.

No, only Half-Minute Hero is there since I just repurchased it. I am certain beyond a doubt that the purchase was made on my account. As for Beyond Good and Evil, only the trial is on the list. Is there anything else I can do that might help?

Unfortunately, if they are not showing up on that page for your account, the games were likely purchased on another account on the 360 console you had owned and were on the Xbox One to show up in the Ready to install list. This is a common
scenario that happens. The general situation is that accounts that may have an older email are forgotten and a new account was just simply created after; because of the way console licenses work for the Xbox 360, this was a smooth transition into still being
able to play all the games one had on the other account.

Because Beyond Good & Evil isn't showing up on that page outside of a trial, the game would need to be purchased on this account. There isn't anything we are able to do if it's not on that page. I apologize for any frustrations this might cause! Please do
let me know if you have any other concerns with this, though.

 

This is the only Xbox Live account I ever had, so this is where I make all of my purchases. I know I purchased the game. When I looked at the Games With Gold for the month it was free, it said I owned it already. But I guess if it can't be fixed, then I'll
just stop here. Thanks for trying to help.

 

I just wanted to add something since the edit button won't work on my last post. I got an Xbox One back in December and I remember seeing the game listed in my Ready to Install list after I set it up. This account was the only one on the system and no other
account was put on the system until some time later after I got some games installed. I forgot to mention this sooner, and I don't know if it will help solve anything or not.

I'm not really sure that I'm comfortable spending money on any more digital content knowing that my stuff can disappear for no reason. I appreciate the help you have been providing, but I'm a bit frustrated by this and other issues I have had in the past
with digital stuff.

 

I get where you're coming from. If it's not showing up on that Download History page, then the entitlement isn't on this account. Every Xbox 360 entitlement goes on that page, and makes it a reliable source for us on the forums. You can always
contact us via phone or chat to have them look into your licenses, as they have more visibility into that side of your account. However, if it's not on that page, they likely won't see it on your
account, and may not be able to help further, either (as a preemptive warning).

If it was on that page, then I would be able to look into other options. I do wish I could be more help. I am always happen to address other concerns, though.
