Digital Version GTAV (0x87de07d1)

My digital version from GTAV won't boot and gives me the error code 0x87de07d1 since I got the xbox one update, tried everything : hard reset , redownloaded the game, signed in and out my xbox ..

Also I am not the only one in the world who has this problem with digital games, because on twitter there are many people with complains.

Already took some time in Xbox live chat and gonna continue that tomorrow, case number : [Mod Removed]

Please fix this problem , because don't gonna buy everything a second time!

I can not download the game

I purchased the GTAV digital version, each time I download the game it will stop at 95%, I re-played twice and reset my Xbox one s, the problem still exists.

Error code: 0x87e00005

NAT: strict

 

GTA V gets to the Rockstar logo and then freezes with sound still on

Thought I'd also add I have the digital version not disc like the OP, mine freezes when the 5th star loads up in top right corner when sirens are sounding, then it will close game and take me back to the home. All 18 of my other digital games start fine,
GTAV is the only one with the problem.

 

same for me for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

everything works until today...

 

After updating today 18/02/15 the digital version of the games GTA5 and Dying Light on my xbox one no longer work, and exit this error 0x87DE07D1. Before today's games had worked quietly...

 

So after updating I was succesfully able to login to all of my digital games. I even had a friend check to see if they could login to theirs. We were able to successfully load all of our digital games without problem.

That error code has several meanings:

The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren’t signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

<Please make sure you're signed into your account>

Or:

The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.

 

Same problem for me with GTA

 

Same problem for me with forza horizon 2, cod aw, dragon age inquisition, destiny.

Sorry to hear about the 0x87de07d1 error code issue! If you haven't already, I recommend giving the steps that Alariaria has suggested above. If the issue continues to occur give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try to load one of the games that was experiencing the issue.

Really NOW? when i want buy some cheap games...FFS

 

I have the same problem with GTA 5.

I tried the suggested steps, but nothing changed. The game still won't start.

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur. Lets try a few additional steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• After you have removed your profile, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait 5 minutes.
• Power on your console and Add your profile back on to your Xbox One console.

i have this problem with GTA V none of the solutions have helped. i have seen people say it is due to Xbox games now no longer being region free? i don't know, but all i want to know is why my has my game suddenly came up with this error and how can i fix
it?
