Digital store says I do not own a game anymore.

Payed for digital, played for 3 weeks, now saying I don't own it even though the store says I do.

Yes, in a previous post on here I stated my Xbox laser does not read video games anymore so I've resorted to buying my games digitally. I went to the microsoft store on my Xbox in order to purchase the game digitally, but I didn't have to as it said ''Install''. I just checked it out again though on the store and now it's saying ''buy to own''? Also, do you want the error message?

And looking in the Xbox One Store online says that I do not own the Digital Deluxe Edition. That is the version that I pre-ordered.

I have the digital version. All it says when I click multiplayer or co-op is “you do not own or are missing data pack 2 dlc” then when I go to game installs it says “store unavailable” it’s not in ready to install either.
