Discus and support Digital sharing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need info on this, my mate resently got some games off the market place he owns his own xbox and also has his profile on mine, i have the games saved...     Digital sharing


    I need info on this, my mate resently got some games off the market place he owns his own xbox and also has his profile on mine, i have the games saved to my external but cannot play them even with my mate signed in, is there a way to play them or do i need
    to purchace the game

    I agree with the OP. Any anyone saying they should still have sharing you don't understand that you need the full DRM to allow digital sharing. With it a combination of disc based and digital sharing can get out of hand.

    Hi Skies, the games become available only for a limited time while your buddy is signed in. He'll have to sign in again in order for you to play them.

    It still prompts me to insert a disc for a digital, i have got a purchase and content error, would that stop anything?

    You can only have one Xbox set as your Home at a time, so it should automatically switch it over for you.
