    Good afternoon,

    My son purchased a game (as well as a DLC for a separate game) that wasn't intended to be purchased and I would like to know how, and if, it is possible to be refunded. The products were purchased through currency on the Xbox Live account, and I did hear
    before that a game, at least, could be refunded if no achievements had been unlocked.
