    Digital Refund


    I had accidentally bought 2 digital DLC items on my account that I intended on gifting to someone instead. I can't use these items because I don't even own the game that they belong to. I purchased the items on the 13th, which is only 2 days ago, well
    within the 14 days they request. I also have never used them, obviously, because I can't. They're not installed on my xbox, in case that would be an issue. I requested a refund last night for these two products, only to get a reply this morning saying that
    they were not eligible for refund. I would like to know if I can find the terms that these two purchases violate that make them ineligible for refund, but every support member I've talked to just keep referring me away to the refund page, where I can't seem
    to actually talk to anyone.
