digital purchases on xbox 1 are not launching..there are no messages why..no error code.

r/xboxinsiders. There you will find other preview members as well as Insider staff always chiming in on what's new and any trending issues. Hope this helps!

thank you for your answer, but I don't want to do a complete reset.It may fix my issue, but nevertheless it would still be an issue for others in the Alpha preview software ring!! I am attempting to get some technical explanation to why this would occur
in the first placeThe issue only applies to purchased games...not all purchased games..but most all.If all the games refused to launch..it would make sense to reset it, but I would rather technical support trace it and give me an explanation.i don't have cell

just to let everyone know..it was a software issue with the Alpha update..the newest software version came out today and fixed the issue with games refusing to launch.thank you for your time
