Digital purchase on xbox 360

The 360 digital version is available for download on Nov 5th.....xbox live keeps track of your purchases, so if you purchase digital for xbox one after already buying digital for the 360 (before a certain date....I think Feb or March) it is just $10.....

Xbox had several promotions regarding Minecraft on Xbox 360 and getting the digital copy for Xbox One if you purchased it on Xbox 360 if you purchased your game digitally during this game promotional. The game should show up in your ready to install games
on Xbox One

Did you purchase it digitally on the Xbox 360 at any point?

it will work, if you bought the digital copy from the MS market place it will work not sure about any others:

A.No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

You can play any backward compatible 360 game on an Xbox One, provided you can either install it via disc like on the 360 (and the disc will need to be in the console in order to play the game), or you have purchased the 360 game digitally so you can download
it to the console.

If you purchased the all digital Xbox One S, you will need to purchase any 360 games digitally (even if you already own them on disc) in order to play them on that particular console.
