Digital purchase of Left for dead on Xbox one X

Hi everybody,

Is it possible to purchase Left for Dead on Xbox.com and then play it on my xbox one ?

I have a french account.

If you have Paypal or a valid Credit Card on your account, you should be able to

buy Left 4 Dead here.

Just be aware, that if you "only" have money from a giftcard/prepaid card on your account, you'll have to use a real Xbox 360 console to buy the game with your account credit.

Left for Dead is on the backwards compatible list so yes if you purchase the game on xbox.com and as long as you are signed into the account that purchased the game on the xbox one console then the game will automatically show up in your ready to install
section in my games and apps on your xbox one console.

We have raised this concern internally and we will update you once we receive one. So, just to confirm few things, we would like to ask, do you own a digital or disk copy of this game? There could be chances that using a disk for authentication game license could help you play the game on Xbox Series X. However, we would like to if you have the disk one or you purchase it digitally?
