    I bought the digital download "NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-order" on the Microsoft store for 79.99 plus tax . They sent me a redeemable code for "NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Pre-order ". It seems to me the Microsoft store made a mistake or something
    along those lines but I believe I should get what I paid for at that price. They took down the version I purchased and corrected their mistake. All I need is the redeemable code for NBA 2K17 LEGEND EDITION "GOLD" PRE-ORDER. I've reached out to 2K and they
    told me you guys create the codes and you guys are the ones that can help me not them.I've dealt with at least 3 different representatives and I just want this issue resolved today if possible.

    Just pre-ordered/downloaded now, once you have paid it take you back to the game you ordered, where the price was it now says manage press that and it takes you to the download page.

    Since you made the purchase through the Microsoft Store, you would have to contact their customer support.

  5. I've already done that and they haven't sent me the correct code, and a representative told me to post here and you guys would send me the correct code. I don't understand why I keep getting the run around.

    Support here can only assist with resending codes you've received from digital promotions. They cannot create new codes for you. Since you made the purchase from the Microsoft Store, their support would have to assist in getting you what you ordered. Make
    sure you're contacting their support and not Xbox support.

  7. Hey, YoungMoney5CM5! I'm sorry to see any issues with your token you should have received for your pre-order! I think the confusion setting in here is that the Microsoft website is now what Xbox One games are able to be purchased on for Xbox One consoles
    since the Store update in early August. We still handle these issues, though Smwutches is correct that we are only able to give you tokens that were given through digital promotions.

    Phone or chat support will be best suited to help you in this case, but I wanted to see if I could clear some things up. The only differences between the two is the amount of packs for the MyTEAM Bundle and the VC included. I understand the significant difference
    in VC, though.

    Have you contacted support again and still having issues with getting that Gold Edition token? I want to make sure you're taken care of fully, so let us know! Digital purchase issue. :)
