Digital Pro Edition In Game Content Not Showing

That code will only give you the advanced arsenal pack...not the atlas digital pack.

1) - Advanced Arsenal Pack which includes two custom weapons, the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

2) - Bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack which includes a custom weapon camo, reticle set and playercard. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

3) - Season Pass (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

4) - Atlas Gorge Bonus Multiplayer Map (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

5) - Atlas Digital Content Pack which includes a custom Atlas exoskeleton, Bal-27 AE Assault Rifle, Atlas 45 AE Pistol, Atlas Helmet, Played Card, 5 Bonus Supply Drops and a single player exoskeleton upgrade. (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

3 - yes (verified this by selecting it from in game store, it recognized I had it)

4 - yes

5 - no

I've reinstalled the Content. I've even reinstalled the entire game. I even factory defaulted my console and then reinstalled the entire game and all of the content. So...

 

Same issue. WTF what is the reason for this happening?

I'm having the same problem. None of the digital content is showing in game apart from the season pass. I have the Xbox One disc version of the game as well. Any news on how to resolve this.

On October 14, 2014. I bought it for $120. As a digital download, Expecting for this game to run smoothly and do its job like every other game has done. I also have HALO and will buy GTA V if it becomes available for digital download. I am very disappointed
in Microsofts service. Your TOS explains that digital downloads do not allow refunds but if you guys are allowing an incomplete game for release, shouldn't there be an excuse for us consumers? I have tried reinstalling the game and contents, tried hard booting,
tried talking to MS and Activision about my DLC. Microsoft told me it's on the developers side but the Activision is telling me they can't do anything. I am not the only one who has this problem. I have the Atlas and Advanced weapons DLC downloaded and installed.
I go into the game, NO SUPPLY DROPS IN MC? I also checked creating a class and also checked in the Armoury and there is nothing. Yet I can play the Atlas Gorge map?.. Yet it says I have the season pass?.. I am 100% sure I do not have the weapons anywhere,
I also know where the supply drops show because I seen videos online. You should really consider fixing our issues, for the Atlas weapons, you had it on hold for 2 days..? Also, I have a brother who cannot access any of the DLC either or supply drops... We
are set as home Xbox as well. Please do not tell me to reinstall the game as the MS servers aren't handling the downloading services well at all. So, how is my problem going to get fixed? Microsoft, you really *** up big time. Also, do not give us your TOS
bullcrap because non of us are not looking for that. We just want to know what the hell is going on and how is this going to be fixed and when? I just want what I paid for, until then, you have stolen money from us. We paid for what we get. Most of us aren't
getting what was promised.

Your weapons and exoskeleton will be activated in your account within the next 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to restart the game in order for the in-game content to appear.

 

K, but this doesn't give you the stuff in the Atlas Content Pack, just the day Zero Stuff.

Finally got my Advanced Arsenal stuff on site listed above, but still missing everything else.

 

Any update on this thread? Do all profiles on your Xbox One receive the extras? They are all on my profile, but not on my son's profile on the same console.

 

Typically I use the "sign in with MS account" on cod website, how do I login to the site above?
