Digital Pro Edition In Game Content Not Showing

Same issue here. Haven't tried Cust Support yet, figured all of the install issues would make for an extremenly long wait and I can play the game without these for now.

1- Didn't have, but got it installed after filling out form on Activision Support site

2-No

3-Yes, doesn't show purchased like in Ghosts, but if I try to buy it says that I own it

4-Yes

5-No

Digital pro Edition preorder

Hello everyone ! I pro ordered the digital pro edition in the game marketplace and when I bought it it began downloading the game itself the season pass, gorge bonus map and the atlas digital content pack but I never received the " advanced arsenal" pack
. Would anyone happen to know why ??

same here. Ive got a buddy who has his content, but mine won't show in game. hopefully its fixed fairly soon.

 

I feel like there's been no word on this from MS or Sledgehammer. Some of the other issue have gotten some attention and possible workarounds but boy do I feel left in the dark on our particular issue. We're missing a lot of content. Necessary to play the
game? No, but we did pay for something we have yet to receive.

 

I'm still missing my content as well and there hasn't been one word from MS or Activision about it. I'm starting to become very irritated with both companies.

 

Just a heads up. They are aware of it
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status but I don't believe this is going to be a quick fix. Patience is a virtue.

 

It's been 4 days and they have not fixed this dlc crap WTF MICROSOFT

 

I have the same problem. I have the Digital Pro Edition and none of the content appears in game.

 

Same issue, after a long chat with Microsoft support they told me to contact activision, then after a long chat with activision they told me to talk to Microsoft. Very very frustrating

 

actually this is a KNOWN issue, the fact that microsoft chose to help the 14 day trial code over this shows that their priorities are not in the right order. i say this because on the 4th i was one to call at the crack of dawn EST to inform them about the
issue and ask what was the status, believe me i spent nearly a total of 24-36 hours on tech support from xbox to activision. in the end its activision's fault microsoft being the middle man for digital downloads and just providing the xbox one store as a means
to get to the game servers in this case activision.

but i blame microsoft for not testing the game before putting on its store to make sure everything was good to go no matter what, yes i understand issues may arise but i KNOW FOR A FACT that this game had no type of quality control whatsoever to ensure something
like this would not happen and hold the developer and publisher accountable for such actions. as of right now microsoft can't do nothing on their end, DO NOT DELETE AND REINSTALL it will do nothing to fix the issue trust me i know i've done it 5 times. im
just a bit irritated at the way things were handled by activision after spending 100 dollars being promised something, downloading it on the 25th of oct all to not being able to download the advance arsenal just makes it that much worst. once again we pay
for something dont get whats promised and have to wait on them to fix the issue without an exact time frame.

this goes to show that its better to at times just get a hard copy then a digital order, almost everyone i know with a hard copy has all the items already. as for the next gen well if they ( activision and microsoft ) have not learned from all the past mistakes
then theres really no point in having a next gen console with mediocre digital store...until then all we can do is wait and pray we get some type of compensation for the headache and countless hours we spent trying to fix an issue that should of never happened
in the first place and lets just say 2xp does not cut it...

 

I have a physical copy of the atlas limited edition and none of my content shows up in game either...so it's not just the digital copy's...the code worked fine,installed fine,but only thing that shows up is the bonus gorge map! I'm ***!

 

well i guess theres a few lucky people because i seen them with the brass gear and weapons just think its not fair some get the items and others dont...

 

Exactly, I see some people with their gear on, yet I spent 500$ on the advanced warfare bundle but I can't use mine. As stated above they should have tested it, especially if they were going to bundle it with their "flagship" 1 Tera byte console.

 

Same thing here a similar thread posted a link to Activision site to submit form and get a code. I have done that but not received the email yet. been 10 mins.
