Digital Preorder Punchcard not working

Hello,

I pre-ordered 3 digital titles for the Pre-order punch card, but it is only registering as 2. In the list of games it clearly shows "pre-ordered" under Dishonored 2, Watch Dogs 2, and Final Fantasy XV. However, the counter only shows 2.

I believe the game that did not register the counter was Watch Dogs because the meter never went up to 2 until a few days after the release of Final Fantasy.

Any help in fixing this issue and getting my 15,000 rewards points will be greatly appreciated.

Will Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard?

Will the game Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard promotion in Xbox Rewards? Attack on Titan 2 comes out on March 20, before the Preorder Punchcard ends and it became available for pre-order today.

MyMission points aren't being recived

On MyMissions for "Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" or the "Pre-Order Punchcard" It says They will give me 15,000 credits for preorder three featured digital titles before release. I did preorder those 3 games and haven't received anything.

From the Microsoft Store or digitally from Xbox? The 15,000 credits for preordered from microsoftstore.com ended on December 31. If you preordered them there, you would not receive credits. If you preordered them digitally they would count as punches on
your games on demand punchcard and you would need 1 other eligible purchase in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000
credits.

There are 2 ways to get the 15,000 credits. In order to qualify by just purchasing that game, the games has to be preordered as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. Digital orders do not qualify for that offer.

The other, is the Games on Demand punchard. If you preordered that game this month, it would count towards your punchcard. You would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the punchcard and receive the credits.

It depends on the offer. If you're looking at the Games on Demand punchcard offer, the purchases have to be digital. If any of the games were preordered before the offer began on October 1, they would not be eligible for that offer.
