    Hey RawOwl - I've got bad news for you... My xbox just came back to me yesterday from "being repaired" and everything is working like normal. I can now play all of the games like there were no problems! I'm sorry about your situation - I know that it sucks.
    Maybe try sending it in again... did you let them know what was happening when you sent it in the first time??

    Hi thanks for the update. It might actually be good news. I wonder if I can get then to swop for a different unit ? As I received the old one back with no message with what was actually fixed.

    I did explain the problem .

    Back to Germany it will go.

    In fact I might use the option to get a new box while the other is sent in and that will defiantly confirm if it's the console or not

    I got my same console back fixed! I know because there's a unique scratch on the front of the xbox that I noticed before I sent it out and it was there when I got it back... I wish they would've told me what they fixed because whatever they did worked.

    You must live outside of the US if yours has to go to Germany - I had to send mine to Texas from California... and I did use the express option

    I'm so glad that yours is working!! Victory!

    Ok, my Xbox one keeps freezing just got it downloaded madden 15 and it freezes on online matches. I see people been trying to figure out what's going on for a couple months and still NO ANSWER!!!!!!!! Thanks Xbox support teaam your a real great help. Keep

    The only ones that don't are the new EA sports titles
