    Digital Madden freezes


    I just purchased and downloaded madden 15 and it freezes after the "This is EA Sports..." part. The madden 15 title screen comes up, the boxes move around a bit saying that it's loading, and then it ALWAYS freezes - shuts my kinect off, turns my tv off
    and my xbox 1 restarts! EVERYTIME!! I've done hold the xbox power button down to get a full power cycle... i've unplugged the xbox too! Any ideas?? Please!! Or give me my money back

    Oh and P.S. - the same thing happens when I try the NHL 15 demo - but that one I have reinstalled multiple times with no success.

    Can't play Madden NFL 25 online for Xbox One. Freezes 100% of the time.

    Awesome.....got my Xbox today, got madden and IT FREEZES EVERY TIME NO MATTER WHAT!!

    Madden 25 Freezes

    It's not exactly EA, it's something on Microsoft and Sonys end. It happens quite a bit on both systems where games can get caught in infinite crashing scenarios where it crashes non-stop as soon as the game gets booted up. Happens with every game when it
    happens. It's a simple fix, all you have to do is hard reboot the system and it'll fix it right away till it happens again.

    So I bit the bullet and deleted it and re-installed it... and the same thing is happening!!! WTF!? I just want to play madden.

    What's weird is that it shuts my TV off, but the light on the front of the xbox or the light on my controller never goes off.

    Anybody, can you help me?!?! TIA

    Still can't play this game... so frustrating! Why did I spend my money on nothing?! I don't even get a box that I can use as a coaster

    WHY IS THIS QUESTION NOT ANSWERED YET! IM SUBJECT TO TAKE THIS WHOLE *** XBOX ONE BACK IF NOT ANSWERED BECAUSE THE GAME KEEPS F FREEZING!

    Is yours doing the same as mine?? I've taken my problem to EA and their media studio is now 'researching' the issue... <sigh> I still haven't played a single down

    It's also happening with my NHL 15 demo, FIFA 15 demo and Trials Fusion

    @RawOwl - are there any other games that don't work for you?? Are yours digital downloads, or do you have the disc? Crazy that we are having the same problems. Have you talked to EA or Xbox about it? It's super frustrating to me that we still can't play
    the games!

    I've posted on ea support forums and had nothing back. I've been through the usual xbox fix solutions with xbox support and nothing works. I've sent xbox in for a repair and that is now back and still have this problem.

    Oh really?!? I just sent my xbox back too - it is currently under repair. I was really hoping this would fix the problem <sigh>

    Are you part of the preview program?? Maybe that has something to do with this?

    It's where you get the dashboard updates before they are released to the public...

    Yes fifa 14 works, battlefield , COD , titanfall , Lego ,

    The only ones that don't are the new EA sports titles
