    Why do we not keep the limited edition covers of our digital downloads in our game library?

    Halo 5 Physical Copy

    Yeah they said you can trade the Halo 5 X1 digital copy for the physical copy. They told me its not a Limited Edition, but I have all the Limited Edition stuff but its not a Limited Edition.

    "Editions" are essentially the standard game + DLC.

    You could start a feedback thread (on Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice) to possibly incorporate this idea for a future dashboard update, or cast a vote if the idea thread already exists.

    I don't think you'll be able to purchase limited edition copies of games digitally. There's a reason they are limited edition copies because they come with special casing, etc. If a game has a pre order bonus, then that would be available, otherwise, you
    need to buy the physical copy to get the limited edition.
