Digital KI Definitive Edition = Cross Buy? PC/One

Good evening.

I just bought Killer Instinct Definitive Edition on from my Xbox One Market.

I read a post than the Microsoft people agree on the fact that "buying digitally you can use it on PC and One".

The called, "Cross Buy".

Well, i didnt buy the game from the real shop for that (Even if i would like having the original CD with the Soundtrack)

My experience is that:

I just downloaded all the data from that version (characters, KI Classics, colors, Gold Gargos, Etc)

I had syncroniced them on my Xbox with my Microsoft Account.

Well.. i just came to the PC, for checking if i had the similar version than i bought at One... but guess what...... Digital cross buy is not granted? I havent all the characters on PC version. As i had the 1st Season characters when i got the KI being
GOLD from my One.

That's confusing. Information mixed. I feel Cheated..

What could i do?

If that means both versions cannot be bought from the console... should i reqeust my money back and buy the Supreme Version from PC¿?

Im really confused.

Yes, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will be available as a digital download on both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at launch.

 

Killer Instinct Definitive Edition Wont Work after recent Xbox Update

I'm having the same issue. None of my characters show up, except Sabrewolf as he is free, and every time I click on someone else to play as it tells me to either buy the Definitive Edition or buy each individual character. The Definitive Edition
also doesn't show up anything to play except to launch KI, not the Definitive Edition for KI. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help us! I really want to play this game since I recently bought the game and Xbox One S.

 

Almost the same for me.

I bought the Definitive Edition and I have all the characters only in Xbox One, not in PC but the worst, in the Xbox One keep saying that I'm not connected to my Live Account, so I cannot play Shadow Lords or online matches.

I call to support, but nobody can help me.

I'm felling cheated at all

 

Hey guys this happened to me too.

I bought the full version for the PC and now I bought the XBOX ONE and I could not share the game and I do not know what to do...

 

Having the same problem. I bought the Definitive Edition for Windows 10 and it seems the content that was promised when I bought it did not apply to the character availability. When I go to click on a character, a prompt opens that asks me to buy one of
their bundles. I select Definitive Edition and it asks me to restart the game. (I have done this multiple times now).
