    Digital install


    One of my games I bought from the marketplace deleted on its own. I have tried to Re install the game but it has been on 0% for 3 hours. I checked my network connection and it says my network is good, but there are some x box service issues.. please help!!

    with the new info, disc or digital?

    PS4 isn't digital. requiring install isn't that bad since it plays after it installs a few % BUT disk is still the only option, digital is over priced and you can't trade it in so never digital.

    How is going digital easier? It's a larger install and you have to be online for the install meaning the game tries to install and patch at the same time.

    No, digital has it's perks but you still can't beat disc.

    Hi there,

    the issue you are experiencing could indeed be caused by the current Service Issue, since it is about downloading purchases.

    You could try the following to see if that helps, but if it doesn't then it's best to wait until the current Service Alert has been resolved.

    1. Stop and cancel the current installation

    2. please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Try to download the game again

    If this fails then like mentioned it's best to wait until the current Service alert has been resolved. See this link for the most recent update: Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    Are you talking about a digital install or a disk install ?

    If disk install then it won't work on the xbox series s you need the digital copy either buy one or get gamepass
